We are excited to be recruiting for new talent to join our growing and innovative team. This fast-paced AV/VTC Programmer position works directly with the Programming team, Project Managers, Engineers and customers to identify opportunities to improve operating effectiveness and efficiency of software applications. Our work heavily focuses on the Special Operations community providing an opportunity to work on some of the most cutting edge government facilities in the world.
We are seeking a skilled AV Programmer to join our innovative team. As an AV/VTC Programmer, you will be responsible for:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 6 years AV/VTC experience or high school diploma and a minimum of 10 years AV /VTC experience
- Working towards, or interested in working towards the Crestron Master Programmer certification
- AV/VTC system design and installation experience
- Manufacturer Certifications from one or more of the following
- Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Clearone
- Experience with Crestron modern workflows: SIMP#/SIMP#Pro, VC-4, CH5
- Strong understanding of AVoIP, NVX, Dante, AES67 and other network transport standards
- Proficient in C# and modern object oriented langauages
- Excellent customer-facing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to government customers and sponsors
- Ability to work independently in troubleshooting complex system issues and developing complex technical solutions
- Knowledge of 2D CAD drawing development (Visio, AutoCAD, or equivalent)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience developing webbased UIs using HTML5, CSS3, JS, and TS
- Experience with Git version control and multiuser collab software environments
- Experience with tools such as postman, wireshark, and browser development tools for troubleshooting
- Experience with modern AV software frameworks, use of Docker, Svelte, React, and/or simliar technologies
- Bachelor's degree in a Technical Discipline
- Crestron Master Programmer
- CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I certified
- Prior Military or DoD experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- Coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and installing new AV software and updates
- Collaborating with the Programming team, Project Managers, Engineers, and customers to identify opportunities to improve software applications
- Developing and facilitating customer acceptance tests and providing end-user training
- Creating Digital Signal Processing (DSP) files from scratch
- Configuring equipment in accordance with industry standards, best practices, and government security guidelines
- Staying up-to-date on new and emerging technology, including audio and video flow, AEC, and EDID principles
