Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer (GenAI, Agentic AI, Orchestration, Integrations) with seven or more years of handsâon platform development and enterprise implementation experience. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering advanced ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on NowAssist GenAI, Agentic AI capabilities, conversational workflows, complex orchestration, and Microsoft Teams integrations. The position requires deep technical expertise, architectâlevel problemâsolving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and highâperforming platform capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow NowAssist GenAI features, including generative AI reasoning, agentic workflows, semantic search, and AIâpowered process automation.
- Designing and building Agentic AI solutions to automate multiâstep decisioning, enrich user interactions, and enable autonomous workflow execution across enterprise functions.
- Developing Conversational Workflows using Virtual Agent, NLU/NLP models, and AIâbased intent frameworks to deliver intuitive, automated selfâservice experiences across channels.
- Creating and managing ServiceNow Orchestration for software provisioning, access workflows, integrations with identity systems, and automation of complex crossâsystem processes.
- Building robust Microsoft Teams integrations, including embedded experiences, notifications, conversational interfaces, actionable messages, and workflow triggers originating in Teams.
- Delivering endâtoâend platform development including custom applications, Flow Designer actions, script includes, UI policies, client/server scripting, and data model design.
- Maintaining best practices for platform governance, performance, maintainability, CICD pipelines, and secure coding standards.
- Collaborating closely with product owners, architects, business analysts, and operations teams to align solutions with enterprise standards and deliver highâquality outcomes.
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior developers on modern development patterns, AI capabilities, and ServiceNow platform enhancements.
Required Skills:
- Expertise with the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience implementing GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities.
- Knowledge of identity and access management workflows.
- Experience designing integration patterns (REST, webhooks, MID Server, Teams apps).
- Familiarity with agile delivery, DevOps, automated testing, and platform governance.
