Job Description
Education: Bachelor's in IT/Cyber/Management (Master's preferred)
Experience required: 14+ years
Certifications — required: PMP
Certifications — preferred: CISSP or CISM; ITIL v4
Required skills
• Federal FFP task-order program management
• PMO governance & Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Quarterly Program Reviews & executive reporting
• FISMA reporting; cost/schedule/quality control
• Subcontractor & staffing management; risk management
Key responsibilities
• Serve as single accountable POC with authority to commit resources (SOW 5.2)
• Run the PMO, IMS, and QPRs; deliver all SOW §9 reports on time
• Lead the 30-day Transition-In; manage cost, schedule, quality, and risk
