Description:
You will be the Manufacturing Engineering Manager - Level 5 for the Production Engineering Central Services team which is responsible for leading digital-transformation (1LMX) initiatives across Aeronautics enterprise manufacturing processes.

Basic Qualifications:
• Prior leadership experience
• Prior Production Engineering experience, including manufacturing planning experience
• BS/MS in Manufacturing Engineering or related field or equivalent manufacturing experience
• Project management experience
Desired Skills:
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent Organizational skills
• Experience working in Aeronautics legacy systems: QADS, SFM, SAP, CAPP, PDM, IMPACTS and ICA
• Experience developing and delivering training
• Experience with deployment of new processes/ IT systems
• Experience managing process governance

Description:
You will be the Manufacturing Engineering Manager - Level 5 for the Production Engineering Central Services team which is responsible for leading digital-transformation (1LMX) initiatives across Aeronautics enterprise manufacturing processes.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager - Level 5 you will be responsible for modernizing process governance, designing and delivering training, and modeling current and future-state processes to enable the 1LMX transformation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead a team of 15-20 manufacturing engineers across multiple sites, setting goals, evaluating performance, and driving talent development.
- Modernize process governance (command media) and update the PE planning manual (PM9003) to align with 1LMX objectives.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs and tutorials that support PE process adoption and non-conformance feedback.
- Model current and future-state PE processes, integrating data analytics and enterprise metrics to measure transformation progress.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure readiness for digital-transformation deployment to enterprise customers.
