Description:
You will be the Systems Engineer Sr - Integration & Test F35 for the F-35 Test Operations which is responsible for responsible for System Integration and Testing for the F-35. This includes creating detailed test plans that include the scope of testing, different testing environments, lab infrastructure, schedules, and resource allocation. That stems from collaboration with software teams, architecture teams, design teams, and system test teams all working together to ensure F-35 modernization, sustainment, and development.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in a STEM field (engineering highly desired).
• Technical Planning Experience
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Integration and Test
• Experience in developing and executing technical plans
• Systems Engineering development and integration experience
• Experience with requirement development that includes the scope of testing and the different testing environments
• Experienced working with multiple LM Aero F-35 engineering teams, such as System Design, Software, SWIT, or Integrated System Evaluation
• F-35 Program Clearances
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Coordinate with software, architecture, design, and system test teams to align integration and testing activities.
- Ensure SI&T labs are prepared to receive software builds, hardware deliveries, and modification changes.
- Generate comprehensive test reports summarizing execution status, key findings, defects, and product quality for senior leadership.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to multidisciplinary teams throughout F-35 modernization and sustainment initiatives.
