DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide part-time subject matter expertise in support of the DTC Integration Platform (DIP), VEMSIS, and related VA integration initiatives.
· Support DIP sustainment activities, including operational issue review, troubleshooting support, technical analysis, and coordination with the appropriate platform, application, and stakeholder teams.
· Assist with documentation of DIP platform connectivity, application flows, integration dependencies, API functionality, and system-to-system communication patterns for both internal and external program needs.
· Provide technical guidance to the DIP team, particularly in the areas of MPI, VA Profile, VES, CABS, HR-PAS, OHRS, eSHORE, Salesforce integrations, and related VA enterprise systems.
· Support architect-to-architect and technical coordination discussions with VA system owners, integration partners, and supporting agencies as needed.
· Support new Salesforce project onboarding activities, including Service Request review, kickoff meeting participation, integration planning, dependency identification, and technical approach validation.
· Participate in customer, stakeholder, and supporting agency meetings in an advisory or lead technical capacity when requested.
· Identify technical risks, integration dependencies, operational concerns, and potential scope impacts, and communicate recommended mitigation approaches to program leadership.
· Support integration sustainment activities as requested, including coordination across OHRS, eSHORE, CABS, and related systems.
· Provide strategic input to help identify and pursue additional VEMSIS work connected to DIP and VA integration modernization needs.
· Support Technatomy’s response strategy for the RFI/RFP opportunities, including technical narrative development, solution framing, feasibility review, and stakeholder alignment.
· Contribute to program reporting, monthly deliverables, technical briefings, and other work products through SME review, recommendations, and technical content as requested.
· Serve as a trusted advisor to program leadership by providing historical knowledge, technical context, and strategic recommendations that strengthen DIP execution, customer confidence, and future growth opportunities.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Experience supporting architect-to-architect discussions with technical teams, system owners, integration partners, and supporting agencies.
· Knowledge of VA project execution processes, including stakeholder coordination, kickoff support, Service Request review, backlog prioritization, risk identification, and dependency management.
· Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for program leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive audiences.
· Strong written communication skills with the ability to review, contribute to, and improve technical documentation, operational reporting, RFI/RFP materials, and program deliverables.
