Pay Rate: $73 - $78/hr
Job Description:
The Business Analyst will lead the Commercial Training Solutions Content Platform for commercial flight crews and maintenance business analysis. The ideal candidate will use proven practices to research the current training content development processes, document those processes, identify improvement opportunities, and assist teammates and stakeholders to implement improvements.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform research and facilitate workshops and meetings to discover and document training processes in detail, from analysis to evaluation and updates
- Facilitate meetings and conduct interviews to align stakeholders
- Communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership
- Use business and technical knowledge to recommend process and system improvement opportunities and KPIs
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to translate opportunities into technical requirements for the development team
- Track KPI training processes optimizations and prepare KPI status updates
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 9+ years of experience in a business analysis or related role
- 3+ years of experience identifying and documenting complex workflows from multiple stakeholders
- 3+ years identifying technical solutions for business improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder facilitation, interviewing, and process documentation
What are the Top 3-5 Technical/Software Skills needed to perform this role/job?:
Business requirement elicitation and communication with technical teams.
Process mapping and workflow capture
Experience with content management systems
Experience with Key Performance Indicators of a software development team
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
- Familiarity with databases, dashboards, learning taxonomies, artificial intelligence, and learning content management system (LCMS) technologies
- Understanding of instructional design, performance management, and reusable learning objects
- Experience working within the aerospace industry, airline industry, or similar industry
