Job Description
Executive Administrative Assistant
Executive level support experience, experience within DoD and other federal agencies.
Experience with DTS Defense Travel System and advanced CATMS required.
Demonstrated success managing several direct reports and multiple functional areas across multiple locations.
Must be highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Must have outstanding English writing skills and the ability to quickly deliver quality written products in constrained time periods.
Must have strong active listening skills to assess customer needs and satisfaction.
Must have experience in managing customer expectations and working directly with customers.
Must have outstanding customer service abilities to initiative, judgement, creativity, flexibility, and confidence.
Must have the ability to multi task across multiple projects.

Must be able to work onsite 5 days.

The following experience is desirable:
§ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
o Required: Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience in leading and providing technical guidance and direction involving multiple projects of high complexity with a federal agency. Department of Defense experience is preferred.
o Must have experience in managing customer expectations and working directly with customers.
o Must have outstanding customer service abilities to initiative, judgement, creativity, flexibility, and confidence.
o Must have the ability to multi-task across multiple projects.
