Job Description
Job Title: DAI Support Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Location: San Diego, CA (fully remote position, on-site travel may be required)
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role: Provide Tier 1 end-user helpdesk support and functional expertise for Navy financial systems operating within the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI)/Oracle Federal Financials environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support
-Develop and maintain training materials based on recurring user issues and support trends
-Contribute to reporting and business intelligence development to address gaps in existing analytics
-Provide dedicated Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) report development for the Coronado, CA team, identifying and closing gaps in existing business intelligence reporting
-Maintain accurate, current records within the ticketing and issue-tracking systems
-Maintain working knowledge of related financial system functions, including procurement, cost accounting, and time and labor processes
Minimum Qualifications:
-Master's degree + 15 years of DAI/Oracle Federal Financials experience
-Expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)/Business Intelligence
-General working knowledge of related DAI functions including User Management (UMX), Budget to Report, Cost Accounting, and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
-Tier 1 helpdesk and customer support background
-Ability to work fully remote with occasional on-site presence in San Diego, CA
-Must be a U.S. citizen, eligible for NIPRNET/CAC access, and able to pass a background check
