Facilities Manager

ATI has a current need for full-time Facilities Manager with TOP SECRET (SCI Eligible). SECRET or Interim TOP SECRET clearance will also be considered. This role involves working in secure environments in support of mission-critical operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitors building systems by conducting daily walkthrough inspections of all CLIENT host-provided facility services, to include HVAC, electrical power, UPS and battery supply systems, plumbing, and security systems and advise the government supervisor on repairs, including elevator maintenance and scheduled facility inspections.
• Reviews and manages incoming service requests, determines priority and scope of work, and creates detailed work orders specifying required tasks, materials, and timelines. Tracks work order status from initiation through completion, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Assists with the maintenance supply and personal protective equipment inventories and manages the disposal of excess equipment and files in accordance with the client’s final disposition instructions.
• Assists CLIENT Security Specialist by coordinating, facilitating, and monitoring the installation of physical security countermeasures for all CLIENT facilities as directed by the client supervisor.
• Assists the CLIENT Security Specialist with the development of baseline security guidance for work to be performed at the client’s CLIENT facilities.
• Assists the CLIENT Security Specialist with the management of physical access to CLIENT facilities and supports large-scale conferences, meetings, forums, and work groups with 60+ Inter-Agency clients and Agencies to foster good working relationships and facilitate communications interoperability between organic client systems with others.
• Oversees and manages custodial care for CLIENT facilities in the form of essential services to ensure the health and welfare of the staff and visitors at each facility by ensuring systematic cleaning and sanitizing all of offices, common areas, and rest rooms in accordance with CDC guidelines for health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe, sustainable and productive environment.
• Performs various logistics/warehouse duties, to include shipping, receiving, inventory management, replenishment of supplies, space management, and forklift operations, as directed by the government supervisor.
• Provides extended contingency facility and logistics support (i.e., 24/7 coverage) during real-world crisis situations or other National Special Security Event (NSSE) activities.
• Shall support the deployment and execution of National Continuity Programs by providing transportation, logistics, and facility setup and operations at designated alternate work locations; and may use Government vehicles solely for official client mission needs in accordance with FAR 102–34. 215.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• 10-years’ experience planning, coordinating and providing escort for host-provided facility engineering, maintenance, and installation for HVAC, electrical power, UPS and battery supply systems, plumbing, and security systems in several classified locations as directed by the government supervisor.
• Working knowledge of Continuity Operations, administrative, and logistical support.
• Sound communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Work experience using various Microsoft Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word, etc.) to include database management skills; to include data entry, data compilation and reporting.
• Working knowledge of FEMA directives relative to physical and industrial security administration, to include policies, procedures, and methods of Departmental Physical and Industrial Security programs.
• Knowledge of a wide range of security concepts, principles, and practices pertinent to federal facilities.
• Must be able to achieve Top-Secret clearance, with the ability to acquire Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
• Must possess and maintain a valid U.S. state driver’s license throughout employment.
• This position requires the ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. The incumbent must be able to perform these tasks safely and without assistance as a regular part of job duties.
• Working knowledge of motor vehicle fleet management principles and practices, including vehicle lifecycle management, preventive maintenance programs, fleet safety protocols, and relevant federal, state, or local regulations governing government vehicle operations. The candidate should also be able to analyze fleet performance metrics and implement cost-effective solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $135,000/year depending on experience

Working Hours: Normal Work Hours – Monday – Friday (anticipate 40 per week).
