Icertis Data Migration Lead / Consultant

Compensation Range: $77-93/hr W2
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Icertis Data Migration Lead to drive planning, execution, and optimization of data migration activities supporting a large-scale Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform implementation. This role requires strong expertise in Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI), data migration strategy, enterprise data structures, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, guide data quality initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor to both business and technical stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end data migration activities including discovery, mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, testing, and cutover planning.
Work closely with platform specialists, business stakeholders, and technical teams to evaluate system updates and configuration changes while ensuring migrated data supports contract structures, clauses, templates, workflows, and reporting requirements.
Oversee data readiness and validation cycles by identifying and resolving data quality issues, managing remediation efforts, coordinating retesting activities, and ensuring alignment with business processes and system functionality.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to validate that migrated data supports downstream processes including contract creation, approvals, notifications, supplier and subcontract management, and external stakeholder engagement.
Establish and maintain data governance, auditability, traceability, and quality standards throughout the migration lifecycle.
Provide technical oversight, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and status reporting across migration workstreams.
Required Qualifications
Deep expertise with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI), including platform configuration, customization, data structures, and integration capabilities.
Hands-on experience with enterprise data migration initiatives, including data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
Strong understanding of integration patterns, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platforms such as Azure Data Lake or similar technologies.
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading large-scale Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Experience coordinating across multiple teams in complex enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting contract management implementations involving complex contract structures, clause management, template configuration, workflow automation, or hierarchical contract relationships.
Experience working in regulated, procurement, legal, supply chain, or highly governed business environments.
Certifications related to Icertis, Microsoft Azure, integration platforms, or cloud technologies.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and associated tools.
Experience with Unison CLM or other enterprise contract management platforms.
Work Environment
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, product specialists, and implementation partners.
Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy, quality, and accountability.
