• Develop scripts and automated workflows using Python, Linux/Windows shell, and Perl to streamline cloud platform operations and update databases (such as DynamoDB tables).
• Perform core systems administration tasks on Linux RHEL and Windows servers, including patch management, server installations, firmware upgrades, and rigorous cross-version testing.
• Support specialized cloud engineering workflows using platforms like AWS Elemental MediaLive to enable resilient, real-time media streaming and distribution.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system errors across cloud networks and operating systems (Linux, Android), while providing recommendations to improve internal troubleshooting toolsets.
Required Skills
• Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope polygraph.
• 4+ years of Cloud Engineering experience with a deep focus on AWS architectures and secure API integrations.
• Hands-on experience writing production-grade code or automation scripts in Python, C++, Perl, and shell environments.
• Proven track record managing Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) server lifecycles, configuration testing, and OS-level configurations.
• Demonstrated background operating within cloud networks governed by high data security and isolation requirements.
Desired Skills
• Background in analog and digital communications across satellite, terrestrial TV, and AM/FM radio spectrums.
• Hands-on experience with video encoding equipment, streaming technologies, and specific video codecs.
• Functional knowledge of IP network routing, switching, and hardware-to-cloud media signal distribution.
• Experience configuring and operating specialized, scalable, portable remote signal and media devices.
Additional Details
