Chipton-Ross is seeking a Design and Analysis Engineer 2 for a contract opportunity in Oklahoma City, OK.
Onsite
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and documents moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements. Designs hardware, software and interface specifications. Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements. Assists in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements. Solves problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle. Researches specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree and typically 2 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with experience in an engineering classification. Required: Bachelor or Master degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering.
WORK HOURS
Full-Time/First Shift
7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
- Familiar with configuration management.
- Experience with Hardware in the loop testing.
- Familiar with 1553 data bus and 429 data bus.
- Hardware auditing or audit processes.
- Willingness to support second shift on occasion (3 pm -12 am).
