Job Description
PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Certification Specialist I, in Rancho Cucamongo, CA.
Pay Rate: $38 - $43/hr
Job Description:
This position is responsible for coordinating the Quality Assurance audits and monitoring functions within the plant to assure compliance with Company and Regulatory Policies, procedures and specifications
Assesses non-compliant and non-conforming issues to determine causes and propose solutions to prevent recurrence
Proactively engages with Production and Quality Management staff to problem solve issues and identify preventative measures to mitigate/eliminate future issues
Perform document control and development actions (forms, procedures, internal specifications)
Assume responsibility for maintaining and updating quality records including, but not limited to, approved vendor list, auditor qualification list, record retention, audit schedule and quality portal
Data collection, tabulation and reporting
Skills/Knowledge:
1-year related experience
Proficient in MS Office based programs
Effective verbal and communication skills
SAP experience desirable
