As a Manufacturing Technician 2, you will support all aspects of manufacturing operations, including assembly, equipment operation, and quality testing. You will collaborate with engineering teams on setup, calibration, and process improvements while ensuring strict adherence to procedures and safety standards.

Position Overview
As a Manufacturing Technician 2, you will support all aspects of manufacturing operations, including assembly, equipment operation, and quality testing. You will collaborate with engineering teams on setup, calibration, and process improvements while ensuring strict adherence to procedures and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly operations for gun systems in both team and independent settings
- Assemble subassemblies and top-level assemblies with precision
- Follow detailed operating procedures and document/record required data
- Interpret blueprints and technical work instructions
- Operate industrial equipment, including cranes and forklifts
- Use precision measuring tools to verify alignment and positioning
- Support rework activities and quality inspections/testing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Participate in team initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost, and scheduling
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Ability to obtain coverage under the Safe Explosive Act (ATF requirements)
- Ability to work a 4/10 schedule (Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Mechanical background
- Experience reading technical drawings/prints
- Familiarity with Costpoint, MES, or similar manufacturing systems
