Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000

The Program Coordinator Journeyman provides comprehensive administrative and programmatic support to ensure efficient operations, timely completion of deliverables, and effective communication across the organization. This role serves as the central point of coordination for scheduling, documentation, correspondence, and process management.

The Program Coordinator Journeyman provides comprehensive administrative and programmatic support to ensure efficient operations, timely completion of deliverables, and effective communication across the organization. This role serves as the central point of coordination for scheduling, documentation, correspondence, and process management.
Key Responsibilities to include:
- Track all programmatic suspenses, taskers, and administrative actions to prevent delays to technical deliverables
- Maintain accurate and current office suspense tracker
- Ensure on-time completion of all leadership-directed taskers
- Maintain a centralized action-item and tasker tracker with 100% accountability
- Document responsible party, due date, and disposition for each item
- Provide regular status updates to leadership
- Immediately escalate at-risk suspenses to appropriate stakeholders
- Schedule and coordinate program meetings and government engagements
- Prepare comprehensive read-ahead packages for all meetings
- Document meeting outcomes, including decisions and action items
- Capture and integrate meeting outputs into the action-item tracker
- Prepare official correspondence, taskers, and briefing products in accordance with AR 25-50
- Conduct quality checks prior to government leadership review
- Ensure all products meet formatting, staffing, and records-management standards
- Organize, version-control, and maintain program documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with Department of Defense records-management policies
- Maintain documents in audit-ready and retrievable format
- Identify opportunities for coordination, workflow, and administrative improvements
- Recommend solutions that reduce labor hours, eliminate duplication, or shorten cycle times
- Document process improvement recommendations in monthly status reports
- On-time completion rate of leadership-directed taskers
- 100% accountability of suspense items in tracking system
- Accuracy and currency of office suspense tracker
Required Skills
- Active Secret Clearance
- Minimum 3 years experience DoD Acquisition Life Cycle Management
- Communication - written and oral
- Program management background
- Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
