Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a motivated Behavioral Health Talent Recruiter to support the growth of a behavioral health program by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional clinical and business professionals.
In this role, you will build and manage a strong talent pipeline for licensed behavioral health clinicians and business professionals, with particular attention to the credentialing and licensure timelines unique to behavioral health hiring. You will collaborate closely with program leadership to support workforce planning, maintain candidate engagement, and help scale services as new facilities and program initiatives expand.

What You'll Do
As a Behavioral Health Talent Recruiter, you will:
- Source, recruit, and screen candidates for licensed behavioral health positions, including LCSWs, LMFTs, and LPCCs, as well as business and sales roles
- Track clinical licensure and credentialing status for clinical candidates through the hiring pipeline
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain a warm talent pipeline to support current hiring needs and future team growth as pilot and facility contracts scale
- Partner with program leadership to support workforce planning and hiring strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within applicant tracking systems and related tools
- Develop relationships with behavioral health professionals and industry networks to expand candidate pipelines
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
- Part-time (15 hours/week)
- Remote work
- Compensation: $28.00/hour (approximately $21,840 annually) plus a $400 bonus for each successfully placed and onboarded hire
- Experience recruiting for healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical positions preferred
- Familiarity with clinical licensure requirements (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) and credentialing timelines
- Understanding of clinical credentialing and onboarding processes
- Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, and pipeline management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and program leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting licensed behavioral health clinicians in multi-state environments
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed Resume
- Familiarity with behavioral health workforce trends and recruitment strategies
- Experience supporting rapidly growing healthcare or behavioral health organizations
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics, reporting, and talent pipeline forecasting
- Help build a high-quality behavioral health workforce that supports meaningful client outcomes
- Play a key role in expanding innovative behavioral health programs as they grow
