Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Icertis Data Migration Consultant/Lead to plan, execute, and optimize data migration activities for the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) GovCon implementation. This role requires deep expertise in ICI configuration and data structures, strong coordination with functional and product teams, and the ability to lead iterative data validation and reconciliation cycles. Candidates must demonstrate leadership capabilities consistent with Consultant (CL9) through Manager (CL7), including technical oversight, problem-solving ability, and strong client-facing communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end GovCon-aligned data migration planning, including data mapping, ingestion, transformation, validation, and cutover strategy.
- Collaborate with Icertis product SMEs and business stakeholder teams to assess impacts of GovCon releases and configuration updates, ensuring migrated data supports contract hierarchies, clause structures, templates, and compliance workflows.
- Manage data readiness cycles by analyzing use cases, resolving data defects, coordinating retesting, and ensuring alignment with GovCon-specific functional behavior (e.g., SCTO handling, clause flow-downs, multi-tier hierarchies).
- Partner across technical and functional workstreams to validate that migrated data supports downstream processes such as solicitations, proposals, approvals, notifications, subcontract management, and external stakeholder interactions.
- Ensure all migrated data meets quality, traceability, and compliance requirements, supporting auditability and alignment with federal contracting expectations.
Required Skills:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Deep knowledge of the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) commercial platform, including configuration, customization, data model understanding, and integration capabilities.
- Strong experience with data migration tools, data transformation, and integration patterns, including alignment with Azure Data Lake or similar cloud-based architectures.
- Proven experience supporting or delivering large-scale CLM implementations, including leading or supporting complex data migration workstreams.
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, business-oriented language.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and functional teams.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Icertis GovCon modules, features, or configuration patterns (e.g., clause flow-downs, multi-tier contract structures, template logic).
- Background in Federal Government, procurement, legal, or supply chain environments.
- Certifications in Icertis, Azure, or an iPaaS platform.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Experience with Unison CLM or other federal contract management systems.
