You will be the Associate Systems Engineering Manager for the F-22 Maintenance System Systems Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining the platform for F-22 maintenance information system. In this position, you will be responsible for personnel Management (training, mentoring, career development, performance, compensation, and promotions) as well as performing analyses of system requirements, concept, and design to help drive technical execution.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline,
Systems Engineering or Computer Science
• Systems Engineering Management or Tech Lead Experience
• Understanding of Systems Engineering fundamentals and lifecycle
• Experience writing and decomposing System Requirements
• Experience with MBSE tools and common modeling approaches (Cameo, Doors)
• Experience with modern Systems engineering
tools (JIRA, Confluence, GitLab)
• Project Management or technical planning
experience
Desired Skills:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and
analytical skills
• Experience with system requirements and process documentation
• Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM)
and Control Account Management (CAM)
