What You Will Be Doing
As the Training System Architect (Level 5) you will be responsible for driving the full Instructional Systems Design (ISD) lifecycle for new F-35 training capabilities, embedding validated human-performance data into every design decision, and ensuring alignment with functional and performance requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the Analysis-Design-Development-Implementation-Evaluation (ADDIE) process for training solutions.
Integrate task analysis, workload, and proficiency metrics to shape training objectives and content.
Establish and maintain a feedback loop that feeds post-training performance results back into design improvements.
Collaborate with the Training Systems Architecture team, pilot and maintainer SMEs, suppliers, and Government partners.
Provide expertise in human-performance integration throughout the product life-cycle.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an engineering/technical discipline from an accredited college.
Experience collaborating with internal/external customer
Clearance Required Prior to Start interim Secret
Desired Skills:
Advanced degree in Instructional Systems Design, Human Performance, or related discipline
Prior avionics experience maintaining fighter aircraft
Considered a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Authority in Aircraft Training Systems
Demonstrated expertise with the Systematic Approach to Training and/or Instructional Systems Design
Familiarity with human performance technology analysis models
Excellent Communications Skills- Experience with Training Systems and/or Simulation Products
Experience as Pilot Vehicle Interface (PVI), Man-machine interface (MMI), Human Factors
Demonstrated experience in conducting Job-Task Analysis, Deriving Performance Objectives, Designing Training Curriculum and Programs, and Developing Training Effectiveness Tools
Demonstrated ability to adapt training content delivery to achieve maximum student comprehension and retention
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
