MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors level degree or higher in STEM and/or equivalent experience/combined education.
Demonstrated Leadership, Customer Relationship Management skills
Understanding in AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
Understanding of tactical operations execution
Desired Skills:
Experience working/leading in an electronics/sub-assembly factory setting.
Experience leadings quality engineers and inspectors.
Experience working cross functionally with senior level staff to execute operational goals.
Effective communication skills (both oral and written)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment must be able to multi-task
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
