Basic Qualifications:
Experience in G/M code development, tool path optimization, and post processing for CNC machines with with CAM packages such as CATIA, Mastercam and/or VERICUT.
Experience reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and work orders.
Understanding of Basic GD&T.
Experience with root cause (RCCA) troubleshooting of machining issues.
Experience programming 5-Axis Metallic parts.
Knowledge of high speed machining techniques in aluminum and hard metals.
Desired Skills:
Strong analytical skills
9+ years experience with CAD/CAM Software
5+ years experience with Catia v5.
Working knowledge of milling, drilling, and robotic machines.
Aero Industry experience working in NC programming.
Experience with metallic and composites machining practices.
Experience with surfacing and solid model building.
Experience with robotics programming.
Experience designing part nesting fixtures.
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
