Senior Imagery Analyst

Job Description
Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Imagery Analyst to work in our Fairfax, VA office.

The Senior Imagery Analyst (IA) candidate should be a self-motivated, team-oriented individual. The IA will be working in a group environment where communication is the foundation of a quality individual and team. The IA will possess a high level of focus for a project to help develop training data for artificial intelligence. As a Senior IA, you will be required to analyze images and label objects within those images according to predefined descriptions and mentor junior team members in best practices. Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Salary Range: $18.00-21.00/hour

Required Skills

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Ability / willingness to obtain and maintain a DoW Secret clearance
• 1 - 2 years of related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and O365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Exceptional planning, problem-solving, data collection, and analytical skills
• Proactive and organized, with strong attention to detail
• Critical thinker with the ability to tackle discrete objectives while maintaining focus on the bigger picture / broader strategy
• Advanced ability to proactively, professionally, clearly, and concisely communicate with peers and executives orally and in writing
• Energetic and conscientious self-starter with strong ability to work independently, multi-task, follow directions, and effectively manage time
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with firm deadlines and critical, quick turnaround, ad-hoc tasks
• Flexible; comfortable with ambiguity, competing priorities, matrixed organizations, and multiple stakeholders
• A team player with proven ability to positively interact with peers and executive management

Desired Skills

• Active DoD Secret clearance
• Current Information Assurance Technology (IAT) Level 1 / II certification (Security+, CCNA Security, Network+ or A+)
• Prior supervisory experience
• Hands-on experience and/or knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Current or pursuing bachelor's degree; Information Technology, Financial Management, or Business Administration / Management preferred
