## Position Summary

Our client is seeking a proven federal capture and business development executive to lead growth efforts through its newly awarded position on the NASA SEWP VI Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). This is a high-impact opportunity for an individual with a demonstrated record of capturing and delivering multi-million-dollar federal IT opportunities through SEWP.

The successful candidate will leverage established agency relationships, deep knowledge of the SEWP ordering process, and a history of winning competitive task orders to build and execute a strategic growth strategy. This individual will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing capture strategies, fostering teaming relationships, and driving significant revenue growth through the organization's SEWP VI contract vehicle.

## Primary Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focused on the NASA SEWP VI contract vehicle.
* Identify, qualify, and prioritize federal opportunities that can be pursued through SEWP.
* Build and maintain relationships with federal customers, contracting officers, program managers, and industry partners.
* Lead capture efforts from early opportunity identification through task order award.
* Shape acquisition strategies that position opportunities onto the SEWP contract vehicle.
* Establish and cultivate teaming relationships with OEMs, technology partners, subcontractors, and complementary contract holders.
* Coordinate proposal strategy and collaborate with technical, pricing, contracts, recruiting, and executive leadership teams.
* Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities while providing accurate revenue forecasts.
* Represent the organization at industry events, customer meetings, conferences, and networking engagements.
* Increase market presence and expand revenue through successful execution of the SEWP VI growth strategy.

Required Qualifications

* 10+ years of federal business development, capture management, or growth leadership experience.
* Demonstrated success winning competitive task orders through NASA SEWP.
* Proven history of capturing and managing multi-million-dollar federal opportunities.
* Thorough understanding of SEWP ordering procedures, acquisition strategies, and the federal procurement lifecycle.
* Established relationships within federal civilian agencies, the Department of Defense, or both.
* Experience developing and executing capture strategies from opportunity identification through contract award.
* Experience leading or supporting winning proposal efforts for competitive federal procurements.
* Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Direct experience supporting one or more generations of the NASA SEWP contract (SEWP IV, SEWP V, and/or SEWP VI).
* Experience leveraging additional GWACs and IDIQ contract vehicles such as CIO-SP3, CIO-SP4, GSA MAS, OASIS, Alliant, Polaris, or VETS 2.
* Existing relationships with leading OEMs, value-added resellers, systems integrators, and technology partners.
* Previous experience with a federal systems integrator, technology solutions provider, or government contractor.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 12 months, the successful candidate will establish a qualified SEWP opportunity pipeline, develop strategic teaming partnerships, expand the organization's visibility within the federal marketplace, and position the company to win significant new business through the SEWP VI contract vehicle.

This role is ideal for a growth-oriented executive who thrives on building pipeline, capturing strategic opportunities, and transforming a contract vehicle into a major revenue-generating asset. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to shape strategy, cultivate key partnerships, and directly influence the organization's long-term growth within the federal marketplace.
