Enterprise Architect- Secret

This remote position is to support the USAF- Secret Clearance is required*

We are seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect / Solutions Expert to serve as a high-level technical advisor for a major program centered around an Oracle EBS R12 ecosystem.

Your primary focus is to act as the "system puzzle master" evaluating new software applications, reading technical documentation, and designing the blueprints for how they securely connect and interact within our 100% Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment.

Key Responsibilities

• COTS Evaluation: Analyze new Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) applications to understand how they function and assess their compatibility with our core Oracle EBS system.
• Integration & Connectivity Mapping: Architect the high-level design, APIs, data flows, and network paths required to connect external applications seamlessly.
• Cloud Architecture Infrastructure: Oversee the secure hosting and tenant isolation of integrated applications within an OCI cloud environment.
• Technical Program Governance: Partner with Agile delivery and QA teams, leveraging enterprise test automation tools to ensure new services are validated and deployed smoothly.

What We Are Looking For

• The Blueprint Mindset: Strong experience in Systems Integration and mapping application connectivity (APIs, middleware, firewalls, and data routing).
• Oracle Ecosystem Fluency: Deep conceptual understanding of Oracle EBS R12 data structures and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) models.
• Program & Testing Familiarity: Experience working alongside Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) and an understanding of modern enterprise test tools.
• Compliance & Trust: CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent DoD 8140 standard) or willingness to obtain it within 30 days of hire. U.S. Citizenship is required.
