The Executive, Enterprise and Regional Security Operations, will join a dynamic and growing security team responsible for delivering integrated security solutions that protect GE Aerospace's people, facilities, operations, products, and critical assets. Reporting to the Chief Security Officer, this executive serves as the senior leader accountable for enterprise physical security strategy and regional security operations globally. The role is responsible for setting security standards, driving operational consistency, modernizing security technology and programs, strengthening crisis readiness, and partnering across the business to mitigate risk in a complex, global environment

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Set the vision and strategic direction for Enterprise and Regional Security Operations.
- Establish enterprise security policies, standards, and governance for physical security globally.
- Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement through metrics, KPIs, KRIs, and standard work.
- Lead Regional Security Operations with accountability for operational consistency, program effectiveness, and incident response coordination across regions.
- Support Site Security Leads and regional teams in implementing enterprise standards and best practices.
- Oversee security audits, compliance activities, and corrective action follow-through.
- Lead and maintain the enterprise physical security posture, including access control, badging, guard services, intrusion detection, CCTV, perimeter security, and related monitoring tools.
- Direct the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of global security technology systems and automation capabilities.
- Manage physical security construction and integration projects, including new construction, renovations, and controlled spaces.
- Oversee monitoring, escalation, and executive communications for security incidents, crisis response operations, suspicious activity, workplace violence concerns, and emerging threats.
- Partner closely with crisis management, intelligence and risk, EHS, Legal, HR, Compliance, DT, and other stakeholders to protect employees and business operations.
- Provide support and guidance for international security events, special event security, and executive protection as required.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global team.
- Drive hiring, succession, retention, and leadership development across the function.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Own budget planning, operational performance, and resource prioritization for the function.
- Ensure effective management of external vendors, guard contracts, and security service providers.
- Build scalable programs aligned with business growth, global footprint changes, and evolving threats.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in security, crisis management, classified programs, or related fields.
- Demonstrated executive leadership experience across multiple security disciplines.
- Experience leading a globally dispersed workforce.
- Demonstrated experience managing a multi-million-dollar budget.
- Must have an active DoD Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience leading global physical security and regional security operations programs in a highly regulated environment.
- Experience with DoD and classified security requirements, including NISPOM, RMF, JSIG, NIST 800-53, and related frameworks.
- Demonstrated expertise in access control, badging, guard force operations, surveillance systems, and incident response.
- Experience leading crisis management, workplace violence prevention, and executive-level incident communications.
- Proven ability to design and implement enterprise security policies, standards, and governance models.
- Demonstrated success driving transformation, standardization, and continuous improvement across complex operations.
- Experience partnering with external vendors, law enforcement, and government stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders globally.
