The successful candidate will have a solid human resource background. The Human Resource Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative, office and professional support activities.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support and oversight in planning, executing, analyzing, and tracking Human Resources, including monitoring personnel allocations and program expenditures.
- Develop drafts for operational plans, budget allocations, and schedules to meet project requirements for assigned portions of Human Resources Programs.
- Conducts detailed analysis of workforce metrics, studies, and administrative audits to support program evaluation and compliance.
- Advises leadership on personnel process requirements, documentation standards, action sequencing, vacancy status, staffing movement, and workforce planning issues affecting management decisions.
- Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements.
- Coordinates interdepartmental development of program plans and interfaces with other sections and offices.
- Provides global personnel and position management, recruitment coordination, and workforce planning to support the Program's worldwide operations.
- Evaluates, monitors, and reports performance against plans to ensure guidelines meet appropriate procedures and policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Must have at least a bachelor's degree
- Must have 4 years of relevant experience.
- Position requires strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to solve complex problems and work in a team environment.
Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint management and computer software programs.
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Possess knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address program needs.
