Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead systems engineering efforts, including requirements analysis, system architecture, and integration and test.
• Manage dataflow, configuration, and program risks.
• Develop technical documentation for hardware and software systems.
• Implement system security and cryptography solutions.
• Support rapid prototyping and workflow automation.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 20+ years
• Total Compensation: $316k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead system design and development activities, guiding users in formulating requirements, advising alternative approaches, and conducting feasibility studies.
• Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology, incorporating new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develop technical documentation, including system architecture and system design documentation.
• Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
• Interact with Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.
• Maintain ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
• Communicate effectively with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
