Piper Companies is seeking an HR Business Partner to join a leading global financial services organization in Wayne, PA. This is a hybrid work environment. This role will support HR Business Partners across multiple business units and play a key role in driving employee relations initiatives, supporting HR transformation efforts, and fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
- Support multiple HR Business Partners across various business functions and initiatives.
- Handle employee relations cases, including performance management, investigations, terminations, and workplace concerns.
- Partner with HR and leadership to develop and implement retention strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with HR transformation projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the HR function.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR/ER documentation and case records.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Support employee-related projects and administrative HR initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge & Qualifications for the HR Business Partner:
- 2-4+ years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations.
- Hands-on experience with performance management, investigations, and terminations.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience working in a matrixed or global organization preferred.
- Financial services industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
Compensation for the HR Business Partner:
- 30-40/hr depending on experience
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
- Hybrid schedule in Wayne, PA ( 2 days a week onsite)
- 6-month contract with potential for extension (not guaranteed)
