Blu Omega is seeking a Regulatory Engagement & FDA Liaison to support a federal program focused on intergovernmental relations and agency engagement. This role operates within an on-site environment and is responsible for building relationships, program support, data management, and outreach activities. The position requires experience supporting FDA and ARPA programs, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Mission overview: Facilitate communication and collaboration between federal agencies, primarily focusing on FDA and ARPA-H programs.

Clearance: Public Trust Eligible
Work Authorization: Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Schedule: Hybrid, 2+ days per week, with Tuesday as a designated on-site day

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with FDA points of contact
- Collaborate with ARPA-H program managers and FDA contacts to support program development and activities
- Work with ARPA-H's Office of Commercialization to support regulatory consulting needs
- Assist in identifying key programs and points of contact within USG agencies related to ARPA-H missions
- Capture data into the intergovernmental tracking system
- Create and maintain a dashboard of HHS interagency engagements and programs
- Draft reports on ARPA-H engagement opportunities as required
- Create presentations tailored to agency/division audiences, support outreach, and schedule meetings with agency contacts
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years previous support experience with FDA
- 2-3 years in ARPA setting (preferred)
- Experience with contracts research and management tracking tools
- Strong attention to detail, diplomacy, and communication skills
- Research and writing proficiency
- Flexibility to manage multiple projects
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and related presentation and tracking software
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ARPA programs
Compensation
Salary Range: $105K - $130K
Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
