Job Description
MTSI is seeking an innovative and strategic leader to serve as the Director of Advanced Technology with emphasis in Modeling & Simulation. This role will oversee the development, maturation, implementation, and management of cutting-edge technologies to rapidly enhance warfighter capability, and to drive organizational growth and maintain a competitive edge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emerging technologies, strategic planning, and team leadership, with a proven ability to align technological initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for modeling & simulation initiatives aligned with organizational goals (cross-division).
- Provide expertise and cross divisional collaboration.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced technologies into existing systems and processes.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Services and RCO's across domains (ground, air, sea, space) and classification levels to mature and develop enhanced capabilities to the warfighter.
- Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering innovation and professional growth.
- Monitor industry trends and assess their potential impact on the organization.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for technology projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on advanced or emerging technologies.
- TS/SCI and SAR eligible
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technology projects.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, cloud computing, IoT, and other emerging technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in government or highly regulated industries.
- Experience working in TS/SCI SAR environments.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and frameworks.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, AWS, Azure certifications).
