Location: Naples, Italy (Travel throughout Italy and Bahrain as required)
Travel: International travel required; company-paid travel and lodging for authorized work assignments

Education & Experience
- U.S. Citizen required
- Valid driver's license required
- Associate's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant administrative, program management, or project management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) and Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Experience using data analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft Power BI
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing project lifecycles and coordinating multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of business operations, resource allocation, workforce planning, and strategic planning principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
Position Overview
Futron is seeking a Functional Administrative & Management Support Analyst to support NAVFAC EURAFCENT's Planning, Design, and Construction (PDC) Directorate. This position provides program management, administrative, and operational support for complex military construction and facilities programs. The successful candidate will assist with project execution, workload management, resource planning, financial tracking, reporting, and coordination between project teams and government stakeholders to ensure efficient and successful program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and program management support for Planning, Design, and Construction (PDC) programs and projects.
- Analyze program execution data, resource requirements, and workload distribution to support project planning and decision-making.
- Assist with planning, design execution, acquisition programs, and funds management from project initiation through completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, planners, engineers, designers, contracting personnel, and Public Works Departments to support successful project execution.
- Support development of acquisition strategies, project execution plans, and Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs).
- Monitor incoming workload, manage project intake processes, and coordinate workload assignments across project teams.
- Assist with resource planning, staffing recommendations, and workload balancing to meet project schedules and budget requirements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, workflow analyses, and operational performance metrics using Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, administrative records, and correspondence for assigned programs and projects.
- Support financial tracking, budget monitoring, and administrative management of planning, design, construction, environmental, and facilities programs.
- Organize meetings, conferences, training sessions, and project workgroups while preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Assist project teams with document preparation, data collection, report generation, and coordination of project deliverables.
- Track project actions, monitor deadlines, and conduct follow-up activities to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Support travel coordination, administrative operations, and general office functions for the Planning, Design, and Construction Directorate.
- Promote efficient business processes while providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting NAVFAC, U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, or other Department of Defense organizations.
- Experience supporting Military Construction (MILCON), Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM), or federal facilities programs.
- Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence and reporting platforms.
- Knowledge of federal acquisition processes, project management principles, and government program administration.
- Experience supporting executive leadership and multidisciplinary project teams.
