Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is looking for a Program Manager (Senior Contract Specialist) to join our team in Atlanta, GA.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, with at least seven (7) years of experience in program management, contracting, acquisition planning or a combination of the three.
  
• Previous ICE (Integrated Contracts Expert) experience is preferred.
  
• Current or previous FAC-C Certification for minimum of five (5) years is required or civilian equivalent.
