Job Description

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.

Summary:
• Analyze user requirements and existing system architecture.
• Lead the design and development efforts for complex systems.
• Guide the formulation of requirements and conduct feasibility studies.
• Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology solutions.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, system architecture, and system design specifications.
• Guide the planning for system development and implementation.
• Manage the technical integrity of all Systems Engineering deliverables.

Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Salary: $310k+ yearly compensation

Job Description:
• Lead and perform in-depth analysis of user requirements and system architecture.
• Drive the design and development of innovative system solutions.
• Formulate detailed technical requirements and conduct thorough feasibility studies.
• Provide senior technical leadership for integrating diverse requirements, designs, and emerging technologies.
• Create high-quality technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and detailed system designs.
• Guide the strategic planning for system development and implementation across project lifecycles.
• Ensure the highest technical integrity and quality of all Systems Engineering products and deliverables.
• Apply expert Communications/Technical Writing skills to articulate complex technical information clearly.
• Oversee and manage Integration and Test (I&T) activities for system validation.
• Conduct advanced Requirements Analysis to define system scope and functionality.
• Develop and evolve robust Software Architecture for large-scale systems.
• Lead and contribute to Software Development initiatives and best practices.
• Apply comprehensive Systems Engineering principles throughout the system lifecycle.
• Provide strong Technical Team Leadership, mentoring and guiding engineering personnel.
