  • Maintain awareness of contract scope, organizational capabilities, and delivery performance to ensure customer discussions are informed and aligned with company objectives.
  • Promote consistent communication, responsiveness, and follow-through across all customer-facing interactions.
  • Document key relationship activities, stakeholder updates, opportunity indicators, and customer priorities for internal tracking and action.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, International Relations, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer relationship management, program support, business development, account management, or a related role within the federal government contracting environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Department of State customers, stakeholders, or programs.
  • Proven ability to build credibility and maintain effective working relationships with government customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of federal contracting environments and the dynamics of customer engagement, program delivery, and growth support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage professionally with senior government and corporate leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and coordinate across teams.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, escalate concerns appropriately, and support strategic growth efforts without disrupting ongoing delivery.
