Job Description:
As a Depot Airline Maintenance SME, you will play a pivotal role in supporting aircraft maintenance operations at a depot level. Your expertise will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) systems, ensuring that processes run efficiently and effectively. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of depot airline maintenance to address complex challenges, streamline workflows, and contribute to the overall success of maintenance operations. This role requires a hands-on approach, where you will collaborate with teams to implement best practices, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance procedures.
To excel in this position, you should have a strong background in aircraft maintenance, with at least four years of experience in the industry or a related job function. Familiarity with Impresa software will be advantageous, as it will allow you to navigate and utilize the system effectively. Additionally, exposure to change management methodologies will be helpful, as you may be involved in adapting processes and guiding teams through transitions. While not mandatory, the ability to assist with Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities is a valuable skill that will enhance your contributions to the role.
This position is ideal for a U.S. citizen residing near Robins Air Force Base (AFB) in Georgia or Ogden, Utah, as proximity to these locations is essential. Your extensive experience in depot airline maintenance or MRO systems will be critical in ensuring success in this role. By bringing your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with industry tools, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of depot-level maintenance operations.
Required Skills:
- US Citizen located in or near Warner Robins, GA.
- 4+ years of experience SME in Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) system or extensive background in depot airline maintenance.
- 4+ years of industry or job function experience with aircraft maintenance.
- Experience with Impresa software is helpful.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies is helpful.
- Ability to pass a Public Trust level background check.
- Bonus if you have the ability to assist with OCM activities
