Boeing Global Services is seeking a Training Segment Systems Engineer (Product Manager) for the A-MH Program, located in Hazelwood, Missouri. The selected candidate will join the Office of the Chief Engineer (OCE) as we design, develop, manufacture, and deliver pilot and maintenance training products ( hardware, software & courseware). Product Managers manage the entire product life cycle across all engineering teams, providing project management, technical leadership, and a strong drive to successfully deliver.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all engineering aspects of the product
  • Collaborate with technical leadership including chief engineers, system architects, and fellow product managers
  • Coordinate with program management and engineering teams to develop and maintain execution plans
  • Manage product release schedules and release activities
  • Track execution progress, identify blockers, and guide adjustments as necessary
  • Work with supplier management to monitor and track supplier performance
  • Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, developing mitigation or execution plans
  • Play an integral role in developing Statements of Work (SOW) and estimates to fulfill customer requirements
  • Ensure the product is accurate and complete before delivery to customers


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • 5 + years' experience in engineering project planning or project management
  • 3 + years' experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
  • Experience developing and tracking program plans/schedules and budgets for technical projects


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 7 + years' experience in engineering project management
  • 5 + years' experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
  • Experience with Cost account management and/or earned value management
  • Experience with Risk Management
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence
  • Experience with Training Systems and/or Boeing military aircraft platforms
  • Experience working within an Agile team

Summary Pay Range: $136,850- $185,150
