  • Support security and compliance activities, including audits, inspections, and remediation initiatives; report compliance status and risk areas to management.
  • Ensure that systems and endpoints under purview follow established patching, antivirus, encryption, and access control requirements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on hardware lifecycle management, including deployment, maintenance, upgrades, decommissioning, and secure disposal in alignment with agency policy.
  • Plan and coordinate site-level hardware refreshes, replacements, and relocations in collaboration with central IT and logistics teams.
  • Design and deliver hands-on IT equipment disposal training for agency personnel, covering sanitization, tagging, chain-of-custody, and proper disposition processes.
  • Ensure that all documentation and records related to asset inventory, transfers, and disposal are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
  • Oversee the quality, clarity, and completeness of technical documentation, including ticket notes, user instructions, FAQs, and technical runbooks.
