Everforth ECS is seeking Imagery Analyst Supervisor who can manage a team of imagery analysts working in a high-paced project to help develop training data for the next generation of imagery analysis artificial intelligence. The Imagery Analyst Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of classified Imagery Analysts through managing deadlines, staff distribution, and job priority. The supervisor will ensure that the team of analysts is properly trained, performs high-quality labeling of images, and maintains a well-organized work environment. Note: This position is contingent upon Additional Funding.
Salary Range: $80,000-100,000

Everforth ECS is seeking Imagery Analyst Supervisor who can manage a team of imagery analysts working in a high-paced project to help develop training data for the next generation of imagery analysis artificial intelligence. The Imagery Analyst Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of classified Imagery Analysts through managing deadlines, staff distribution, and job priority. The supervisor will ensure that the team of analysts is properly trained, performs high-quality labeling of images, and maintains a well-organized work environment. Note: This position is contingent upon Additional Funding.
Salary Range: $80,000-100,000
Required Skills
- Must be willing and have ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET Security Clearance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years Imagery Analyst experience and demonstrated professional performance
- Be able to use a computer for 8 hours a day
- Demonstrated expertise across all imagery types with ability to label objects according to a complex ontology and be able to be a technical resource to subordinates.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and superior productivity as an Imagery Analyst
- Developed labeling SOP's and/or Training Materials
- Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to manage individuals as a Team Leader or Training Leader
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrated the ability to manage staff schedule, data priorities, and ensure compliance with ECS time charging policies
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage varying personality types
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to label objects according to a complex ontology and be able to be a technical resource to subordinates
