Description:Position Overview
The Engineering Aide will serve as the central liaison for the Test Missile Kit (TMK) program management team. This role coordinates technical interchange meetings, runs document review boards, assembles and maintains presentation packages for technical and programmatic reviews, leads action-tracking, tracks OBS staffing and partners with the Product Line Leads (PLLs) and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) to continuously improve process and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Technical Interchange & Document Reviews - Schedule, organize and facilitate meetings; manage agendas, logistics, security clearance handling, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Presentation & Review Package Development - Create slide decks, graphics and supporting data for design and document reviews (working with engineering team); enforce templates and story-boarding standards for consistency
• Meeting Leadership - lead ad-hoc meetings, moderate discussions, capture action items, assign owners and monitor closure
• Process Improvement & Procedure Support - Identify gaps, draft/revise procedures, checklists, and work instructions; provide brief training or reference guides
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Liaise with program management, hardware, software, integration, and test teams
• Documentation & Records Management - Keep meeting minutes, action logs, and review artifacts current
• Support Senior Leadership - Prepare concise status briefs, risk assessments and dashboards for Program Management Leadership
• Staffing - Work with Product Line Leads (PLLs) and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) to ensure staffing information is accurate and plan is executed on time
Basic Qualifications:
• Associates degree in related discipline or equivalent experience and/or technical training. Completed coursework towards a related degree may be considered
• Eligibility to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adjust to a variety of audiences
• Good presentation skills; must be able to present clearly and concisely on a weekly basis to management and customers

• Basic understanding of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) principles as well as the ability to interpret, generate, and present technical material and problem solve
• Exposure to project management tools (MS Project, Open Plan, Jira, Confluence)

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $51,000 - $89,930. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
