We are currently seeking a Deputy Team Lead/Senior Corrosion Control Technician (Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E)) to support our customers in Everett, WA.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The hourly wage for this position is $66.21. This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.

We are currently seeking a Deputy Team Lead/Senior Corrosion Control Technician (Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E)) to support our customers in Everett, WA.
Required Education and/or Experience:
- Ten (10) years of experience in the corrosion control field supporting U.S.Navy ship and submarine maintenance. Experience with corrosion control issues, solutions, and technical requirements for Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) and (Combat Systems, Communications, Computers, Command and Control and Internet (C5I)) C5I systems and equipment.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; and related military experience or trade/industrial school graduate and/or trade experience.
- Required Certification: AMPP Senior Certified Coatings Inspector (CIP Level 3) .
Desired Experience:
- Experience with mitigating shipboard corrosion control issues, identifying solutions, and understanding technical requirements for shipboard HM&E and C5I systems and equipment
- Knowledge on the use of surface preparation tools, corrosion control techniques, coating system application tools and types of coating systems used on U.S. Navy ships or in the marine industry
- Experience working with and understanding constraints associated with shipboard organizational level corrosion control and preservation maintenance
- An understanding of new corrosion control technologies and how they may be implemented on U.S. Navy and/or Coast Guard ships/boats
- Supervisory experience managing team subordinates; interfacing with government, shipyard, and contractor corrosion control maintenance activities; and working with US Navy ship leadership, ship personnel, program leadership and team members.
