Job Description
USGI is seeking a Physical Security Analyst to provide expertise in physical security policy, planning, assessment, and administration at a military service headquarters level, supporting the development and implementation of USCG security programs.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement physical security policies and procedures.
- Conduct physical access control, identity and credential management, and critical asset protection.
- Apply ISC risk management process and other risk methodologies.
- Prepare technical documents, reports, and policy recommendations.
- Use government databases (e.g., MPICAM, ISMS, MIST, ISC-CS, HSIN).
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in security-related discipline and at least 5 years of qualifying experience, or 10 years of documented experience in physical security
- Technical writing and critical thinking
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, DOD365)
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Possess DoD Secret clearance eligibility
