USGI is seeking a Personnel Security Analystto support personnel vetting (PV) and adjudication processes for background investigations, ensuring compliance with federal security standards.

Responsibilities
- Process PV documents for investigations, adjudications, and continuous vetting alerts.
- Analyze applicant files and prepare comprehensive written recommendations.
- Use e-QIP, NBIS, DCSA CVS/PIPS, DISS, DHS ISMS, or similar systems.
- Develop reports, briefing slides, and process guides.
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in personnel vetting for a federal agency
- Adjudication training certificate from a recognized government agency (e.g., OPM, DoD, USCG)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, DOD365)
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate sensitive issues effectively
- Possess a DoD Secret clearance
