Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing clerical and administrative work such as reviewing and processing applications and supporting documentation; verifying information for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility; determining applicant eligibility; maintaining records in automated systems; processing vehicle registration, identification card, permit or similar credentialing actions; and ensuring compliance with established regulations and procedures.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of General experience at or equivalent to the GS-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.

Commute area is defined as the geographic area surrounding the duty location in which people can reasonably be expected to travel back and forth daily.

- You will verify identity and eligibility documentation, including official records and supporting documents, to ensure compliance with applicable policies and requirements.
- You will enter, update, retrieve, and maintain information in automated systems and databases to support credentialing, access control, and vehicle registration programs.
- You will provide customer service and respond to inquiries regarding credentialing, installation access, vehicle registration, and program requirements while maintaining official records and files.
