Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting high-level budget planning restructuring complex accounts and advising senior elements on resource distribution strategies. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Proficiency with federal financial tracking structures and security cooperation data architectures (e.g., OHASIS, GFEBS, or equivalent); 2) Establishes and maintains records and log sheets for each funding document issued using APRI funds; 3) Coordinates, plans, develops and evaluates APRI activities for USINDOPACOM and subordinate commands; and 4) Identifies problems and makes recommendations to resolve shortfalls and expedites funds transfer in support of APRI activities.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing budgets, verifying fund execution legally, and tracking organizational spending in standard accounting databases. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Establishes and maintains records and log sheets for each funding document issued using APRI funds; 2) Coordinates, plans, develops and evaluates APRI activities for USINDOPACOM and subordinate commands; and 3) Identifies problems and makes recommendations to resolve shortfalls and expedites funds transfer in support of APRI activities.

- You will evaluate proposed projects against specific criteria, statutory and policy directives to determine relative importance in the USINDOPACOM TSCP/Country Security Cooperation plans.
- You will evaluate project nominations to ensure proper funding amongst the various resources managed by J55 and ensures const estimates are realistic and sufficient to execute to desired standards.
- You will resolve a wide variety of highly complex tasks and assignments and issues requiring broad knowledge and experience related to the APRI program.
- You will prepare, justify, and/ or administer budgets for program areas, plans, administers, and monitors expenditures to ensure cost-effective support for programs and policies.
