Radar Analyst
OASYS, INC., a Leading Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, is seeking applicants for a Radar Analyst.
Job Responsibilities include:
Support modeling and simulation (M&S) program hardware and software installation and integration on site and at customer sites.
Point of contact for hardware and software issues to track and provide status reports from intake to resolution.
Support test teams to include facilitating the planning for upcoming test events.
Minimum Requirements:
Eight (8) years or more of documented work and/or academic experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree
Experience developing and presenting technical briefings
Experience managing projects to successfully meet program deadlines
Experience with hardware/software installation and integration
Academic or work experience in radar applications, modeling, simulation, statistics, or analysis for existing or proposed engineering solutions
Preferred Skills:
Experience managing others and interfacing with multiple engineering disciplines
Course work or experience in some of the following fields: radar, signal & image processing, digital communications, and probability and statistics
Experience with Radar systems (AN/TPY-2, UEWR, SBX)
Experience using UNIX/Linux based workstations
Experience using MATLAB or Python for evaluation of data sets
Experience working on a team and by yourself
Current/Active DoD security
Required Education: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Physics.
Eligibility: Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. An Active Secret Clearance is highly desired.
