HX5 is currently seeking a Logistics/Training Specialist to support the 417th FLTS team at Eglin AFB, Florida. This position will be temporary subject to Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) of a current employee's military return rights.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform training administrator duties and actions.
• Manage files/applications on the Current Ops On-Line (COOL)-the Air Force Material Command (AFMC) premier platform for flight training administration.
• Initiate First Flight Checklists to ensure completion of all pre-flight tasks prior to performance.
• Track Automated Aircrew Management System (AAMS) for initiation and tracking Letters of Attachment (LOA). 
• Responsible for Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT), the USAF platform for tracking and completion of regulatory required actions. 
• Coordinate Flyer tracking and registration for all training such as Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) ground training events, Initial Altitude Chamber and Restricted Oxygen Breath Devise, Initial Emergency Parachute, and Water Survival courses.
• Perform Operations Duty Officer (ODO) duties as scheduled to support Current Operations.

Education and/or Experience 

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree with three (3) to ten (10) years of experience
• Associate’s degree may be acceptable with combined additional years of experience  

Other Position Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Active Secret clearance by date of hire.
