Job Description
Position: Junior Network Administrator
Primary Location: Washington, DC 20534
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift
Clearance Required: Public Trust Clearance — must be able to obtain and maintain prior to performance

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a member of the network team responsible for keeping the network running efficiently
- Ensure all computers and network-connected devices (routers, hubs, switches) are operating correctly
- Respond to network anomalies causing network issues under direction of the lead Network Administrator
- Assist in routine network monitoring and maintenance tasks
- Escalate complex issues to the senior Network Administrator as needed
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years of networking experience
- CompTIA Network+ Certification can substitute for 1 year of the required 4 years of experience
CERTIFICATIONS
