Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Patrol in Tucson, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Allied Universal officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will patrol assigned areas, support security-related operations, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you will use a company vehicle to complete routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage incidents, and contribute to a professional environment built on teamwork, integrity, agility, reliability, and innovation.

Day Time Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with appropriate site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site protocols, and report access concerns or policy violations.
• Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with routine inquiries, and completing required reports related to patrol activity and incident response.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
