The Metric & Data Analyst will support the Fleet
Ballistic Missile (FBM) Quality Program in Titusville, FL.
As Metric & Data Analyst supporting FBM Mission Assurance in Titusville, FL, you will be responsible for:
-Provide oversight and verify compliance on quality metric to the Program by maintaining and optimizing current Tableau dashboards
-Provide strong and supportive data and metrics to support production and non-production activities along with presentation reviews
-Understand and anticipate the program's needs, and drive priorities based on that information
-Maintain and improve interactive data analytics dashboards to measure & improve operations performance
-Collect, analyze, and summarize data to communicate insightful information to key stakeholders
-Agility to support overall areas with quality metrics and analysis
-Present thorough and detailed reports to identify areas of opportunity to drive future decision making
-Perform data validation and maintain integrity of dashboards & databases
-Develop and automate data pipelines/structures
-Complete Ad-hoc research request from senior leadership
-Generate and document Business processes and procedures
Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage in an engineering setting. Conducts statistical analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification. Manages all aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report building functions of systems. Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data, and acts as liaison with business. Works with technical developers and data scientists to define business outcomes and govern capabilities.
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors or Master's or higher-level degree from an accredited college
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and understanding of system databases, data elements and/or application software solutions to optimize data gathering and analysis.
-Experience in working with data integration or data warehousing solutions or anything else
-MS Office tool suite
-Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
-Experience in working with data integration and data warehousing solutions
-Ability to interpret and convey technical details in a clear, concise manner for key decision-makers
-Skilled in data analysis and facilitation, i.e. able to produce data designs using a variety of inputs such as requirements analysis
-Knowledgeable about Business Intelligence/analytics tools and their appropriate use in solutions
-Knowledge of Data software such as Tableau, Tableau Prep
-Ability to interact & communicate effectively with colleagues on requirements
-Perform specialized data investigations to support analytics and custom reporting scenarios
-Ability to work independently as well as with a team
-Energetic & Self-Starting
-Focused on results and able to work closely with others in collaborative environment
-Strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving skills and results
-Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and be flexible
-Ability to track, trend and analyze data
-Experience in determining root cause analysis using data
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
